Terms and Conditions for November 2025 "PanaShop 11.11 Mega Sale" Promotion

活動期間：2025年11月1日至11月30日（以香港時間為準）。
Promotion Period：1 November 2025 to 30 November 2025 (Hong Kong time).

本綜合條款涵蓋以下四項活動：
(1) 配件及消耗品9折優惠；
(2) 活動期間開放購物車可使用多於一張優惠券；
(3) 每日簽到狂賞；
(4) 週末狂搶「Code」。
部分活動適用於PanaShop註冊會員，需登入帳戶方可參與。PanaShop 網上商店保留最終解釋權及修改權利。

This comprehensive terms covers the following four promotions:
(1) 10% Off Accessories and Consumables;
(2) Multiple Coupon Usage Allowed During Promotion Period;
(3) Daily Check-in Coupon;
(4) Weekend Coupon Frenzy.

1. 配件及消耗品9折優惠
Accessories and Consumables 10% Off Promotion

中文版
1.1 適用範圍：指定「配件及消耗品」類別商品（詳見PanaShop網站）。
1.2 優惠規則：單次訂單內該類別商品自動享9折（即90%原價），不設最低消費門檻。
1.3 限制：不可與其他百分比折扣優惠疊加；若訂單含其他類別商品，僅配件及消耗品適用9折。
1.4 結帳方式：系統自動套用，無需輸入碼。

English Version
1.1 Scope: Designated "Accessories and Consumables" category products (as listed on PanaShop website).
1.2 Promotion Rules: 10% off (90% of original price) automatically applied to qualifying items in a single order, no minimum spend required.
1.3 Restrictions: Not combinable with other percentage-based discounts; only applies to accessories and consumables in mixed orders.
1.4 Checkout: System applies automatically; no code needed.

2. 活動期間開放購物車可使用多於一張優惠券
Multiple Coupon Usage Allowed During Promotion Period

2.1 適用範圍：2025年11月全月，所有符合條件的電子優惠券（包括但不限於#1、#3、#4活動優惠）。
2.2 優惠規則：單次訂單購物車可同時使用多於一張優惠券，無張數上限（視優惠券類型而定，例如百分比券+固定金額券可疊加）。
2.3 限制：不同類型優惠券可疊加，但同一類型（如多張簽到券）需符合個別規則；系統優先套用最早過期券。
2.4 結帳方式：於結帳頁選擇或輸入多張券，系統自動計算總折扣。

English Version
2.1 Scope: Throughout November 2025, all eligible e-coupons (including but not limited to promotions #1, #3, #4).
2.2 Promotion Rules: Multiple e-coupons can be used in a single order cart, no limit on quantity (subject to coupon type, e.g., percentage + fixed amount stackable).
2.3 Restrictions: Different types stackable; same type follows individual rules; system prioritizes earliest-expiring coupons.
2.4 Checkout: Select or enter multiple coupons on checkout page; system calculates total discount automatically.

3. 每日簽到狂賞
Daily Check-in Rewards

中文版
3.1 領取規則：每位註冊會員每日限領1張HK$11電子優惠券，需登入並進入「領券中心」領取電子優惠券。11月1日、11月11日、11月21日為雙倍日，可領取2張。
3.2 批次與有效期：優惠券分4批發放，每批有效期至該週五或週日23:59，逾期自動作廢。

3.3 使用規則：所有有效期內之優惠券可無限疊加使用，每滿HK$800可用1張（即每HK$800減HK$11）。

English Version
3.1 Collection Rules: Each registered member limited to 1 × HK$11 e-coupon per day by logging in and accessing the "Coupon Center" to redeem the e-coupon. 1st, 11th, and 21st November are Double Reward Days, allowing 2 coupons.
3.2 Batches & Validity: Coupons issued in 4 batches, expiring at 23:59 on the respective Friday/Sunday.

3.3 Usage: All valid coupons stackable unlimitedly; 1 coupon per HK$800 spent (HK$11 off per HK$800). 

4. 週末狂搶「Code」
Weekend Coupon Frenzy

4.1 適用範圍：2025年11月每個週六、日（共5個週末）。
4.2 優惠規則：輸入指定優惠碼，以取得額外折扣優惠。實際折扣優惠於活動期間公佈（先用先得，達標即止）。

4.3 使用方式：結帳時輸入碼，系統自動驗證並計算。

English Version
4.1 Scope: Every Saturday and Sunday in November 2025 (5 weekends total).
4.2 Promotion Rules: Enter the specified promo code to obtain additional discount offers. Actual discount details will be announced during the promotion period (first-come, first-served, until exhausted).

4.3 Usage: Enter code at checkout; system validates and calculates automatically.

通用條款（General Terms）
適用於所有活動 / Applicable to All Promotions

中文版
5.1 棄用與退款：如訂單未使用優惠，視為自動放棄，該優惠金額不予退款、補發或兌換現金。退貨僅退還實際支付金額，已使用優惠不補發。
5.2 疊加與限制：除#2規則外，優惠不可與其他指定優惠並用；配件9折不可疊加其他百分比折扣。所有優惠限PanaShop官網，不適用實體店或第三方平台。優惠不適用於折實價產品、「配件及消耗品」、安裝費用及運費。
5.3 其他：優惠不可轉讓、不可兌現；商品價格以結帳時為準。
5.4 主辦方權利：主辦方可因系統問題或不可抗力修改/終止活動，恕不另行通知。

English Version
5.1 Non-Use & Refunds: Unused promotions are deemed forfeited; no refund, reissue, or cash redemption. Returns refund only actual paid amount; used promotions not reissued.
5.2 Stacking & Restrictions: Per #2 rules otherwise; not combinable with other specified offers. Accessories 10% off not stackable with other percentages. Valid only on PanaShop website, not physical stores or third-party platforms. The discount does not apply to discounted price products, accessories and consumables, installation fees, and shipping costs.
5.3 Others: Promotions non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash; prices as at checkout.
5.4 Organizer’s Rights: Organizer may amend/terminate due to system issues or force majeure without prior notice.
