Terms of commodity transaction
- To shop at this online store, you must be 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to shop in this online store. When the payment process is completed, it cannot be refunded. You must carefully check all product information, including product model, specification and price before ordering.
- This online shop does not provide refund services. If the product(s) are checked by the agent and found to be out of production standards, you can enjoy 14-day exchange guarantee.
- The Product(s) to be exchanged should not be damaged, scratched, defaced or contain any trace of water and/ or other substance damage.
- You must present a valid invoice and ensure that the warranty certificate is not filled in when you exchange the product(s).
- You are allowed to exchange the product(s) with the same model and colour.
- 14-day Guarantee is not applicable on personal care products, earphones and other designated products.
- If the agent is out of stock, it can be exchanged for other goods of the same or higher value (subsidizing the relevant difference).
- The checkout and payment process can be done using the payment methods listed on the online shop.
- If there is any dispute, We reserve the right of final decision.
Local Pick Up / Delivery Methods
- Our “Customer Service Specialist" will be responsible for the follow-up within 2 working days after the customer places the order, and will notify the customer of the detailed arrangement of pickup / delivery via Whatsapp / Email after the arrangement has been made.
- Store pick-up / delivery date will be arranged by the “Customer Service Specialist" according to the stock status and shipping status as soon as possible for the customer.
- For individual cases, if the ordered item of the customer is out of stock, our “Customer Service Specialist" will notify the customer on the relevant situation and the time required for the pre-order, and the customer can decide to arrange pre-order / change model / refund.
- If the customer has individual requirements for the order, they can indicate it in the remarks column when placing the order, and our “Customer Service Specialist" will cooperate as much as possible within the capacity.
- The delivery service fee is HK$100 (per delivery address). Free delivery service is offered with Single Order amounts of HK$1,500 or above.
- The delivery service in Hong Kong and Kowloon region is only available on Monday, Wednesday & Friday; whereas in New Territories region is only available on Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday. Delivery in remote areas (e.g. Tung Chung, Ma Wan, the Airport, Park Island, Discovery Bay, etc.) on Tuesday & Thursday between 12:00 – 18:00. Delivery person will contact you to make an appointment one working day before or on the morning of the day of delivery. Currently we do not provide delivery services on Sunday, public holidays & non-working hours.
- Delivery service is available in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, Tung Chung, the Airport. Ma Wan and Park Island (There are entry and exit restrictions, usually delivery before 16:00). Discovery Bay requires an additional charge of HK$200.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
- The scope of product warranty is subject to the warranty terms and conditions provided by the agent.
- Repairs only include damage under normal use. If the damage is caused by incorrect use, intentional destruction, man-made damage, accidents or natural and man-made disasters, the customer shall be responsible for the repair costs.

- If the invoice is lost, we will not reissue it.
- The deposit form is valid within 2 months of issuance, and the overdue deposit will not be refunded.
Statutory Free Removal Service
PanaShop has order ALBA to provide statutory removal services for scheduled collectors.
Customers purchase regulated electrical appliances including air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, televisions, computers, printers, scanners and monitors.
You can request to arrange free removal of the same type and quantity of old electrical appliances as purchased. Generally, removal service can be arranged and free of charge within 3 days after delivery or installation, please refer to the following terms for details.
Statutory Free Removal Service terms
Applicable conditions:
Customers who purchase from our company the regulated electrical appliances specified in the “Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance”, including air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, televisions, computers, printers, scanners and monitors, you can request to arrange the same type and quantity product to enjoy the free removal service. (must be of the same kind of regulated electrical appliances[1])
Removal location :
Applicable to any address in Hong Kong.
Selection period:
Customers can sign the “Statutory Removal Service Selection Record” at the time of purchase; or
- Call us to make a request within 3 days after the transaction, and the removal service will be abandoned if the time expires.
- Removal Service Hour:
- Under normal circumstances, 3 working days must be reserved for moving services.
- On the specified date go to the specified place remove the old machine which by customer.
- Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Matters needing attention:
- The removal service is handled separately from the delivery and installation service. The old machine which a waiting to be removed can be removed earlier as needed, or stored in the removal location for a short time, and removed later. Customers can arrange the detail with the staff.
- Once removaled, old machine will not be returned.
- Old parts must be placed independently, separated from any device, connection system, or storage location with obstacles.
- If the old machine has serious sanitation problems (for example: there are rancid residues, cockroaches, ants), the staff has the right to refuse to remove the old machine, and consumers will no longer enjoy free removal services.
- If the customer needs to change the agreed place or time of the removal service, please call to notify us within at least 2 working days.
- In case of Black Rainstorm Signal / Storm Signal No.8 or above, the removal service will be suspended and another arrangement will be made.
- At the agreed removal time, due to traffic or weather conditions, or other factors there are delays, suspensions or reschedules, we will not bear any responsibility.
- The personal data of customers and contacts is only used for the removal service. The company will comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
In case of any disputes, the company reserves the final decision.
