If you need to purchase installation services, please (1) contact our customer service representative or (2) fill out the [Site Visit Appointment Form] to arrange for a technician to come for a site visit.

If the customer does not complete the site visit and any delivery or installation issues arise, we reserve the right not to offer exchange or refund arrangements.

3. “Extra Installation Fee” & “Scaffold Fee (if need)” needs to be paid in cash to the relevant technicians. If you have any questions about the charges, you can ask the technicians immediately.

4. If customers do not reserve site visit quotation, than PanaShop just provide the delivery service of the transaction.

If the customer requests our company to provide installation services without site visit quotation, the customer needs to confirm that the installation location meets the product installation requirements. PanaShop is not responsible for any omissions resulting in failure of normal delivery or installation.
