The basic installation service is included for this product, please (1) contact our customer service representative or (2) fill out the [Site Visit Appointment Form] to arrange for a technician to come for a site visit.

If the customer does not complete the site visit and any delivery or installation issues arise, we reserve the right not to offer exchange or refund arrangements.
