If you require the installation services, please (1) contact our customer service representative or (2) fill out the [Site Visit Appointment Form] to arrange for a technician to come for a site visit.
If the customer does not complete the site visit and any delivery or installation issues arise, we reserve the right not to offer exchange or refund arrangements.
The technician will visit to assess the actual installation situation and will provide a quotation for the installation fee after the site inspection.
*The above site inspection and installation services are provided by the Shun Hing Electric Service Center.
